“ One of the few places open on New Years Day. Thank you for being open. We started off with libations to include a stout and hearty Bloody Mary, the Taint Kennebunk IPA, and unsweetened tea with appetizers and French Onion soup. The crab Rangoon dip was phenomenal, so I would definitely recommend that. The meatloaf and mash potatoes were spot on and ample enough for a to go box for later. What a great view, only a dusting of snow could have improved the scene. ”
“ Lobster roll was surprisingly good, maybe the best I had in the week I visited. Great selection of Shipyard beers. Lobster bisque had big chunks of meat (note my picture is half a bowl, they split it for us). ”

The quality of food, service, and atmosphere has not changed in all those years. This is in response to all the negative reviews I've been reading on here. Some people just like to be miserable and pass that on to a business. Do not listen to these negative reviews and visit this fine establishment. Maybe when you put bad energy into the world you get bad energy back? This place is and always has been a great place to eat. Pics are from today, if that's what these negative people call bad food, then I'd like to eat where they say it's great. ”
“ We didn't have any food here but the beer was fun and delicious. We enjoyed the Brut IPA and the Pumpkin beer with its pumpkin sugar coated glass rim. The seating outside was the perfect way to enjoy the evening and cool off from a hot day of walking around Kennebunkport. ”
